Change up was the name for a cobrand project between Cinnabon and its sister ice cream brand, Carvel. This project explored the fusion of both brands, from the menu to the POP pieces. Also, the opening of the first store celebrated the born of a new cobrand product "the new Center of the Roll Ice cream".
